About you

We are now recruiting for a strong Account Manager to join the team. You will have a solid background in sales and have a methodical and driven approach to managing and growing existing accounts.

The main responsibilities of our Account Managers are:

  • To improve customer retention
  • To increase customer spend
  • To cross sell across our divisions
  • To up-sell packages

Daily duties:

  • Responsible for communications with their clients via telephone and e-mail
  • Carry out face to face client reviews, which will include the preparation of presentation material prior to the meeting
  • Provide regular performance analysis of Digital Marketing and make further recommendations
  • Be the conduit between the client and Spidersnet, providing strong team representation and exceeding client expectations where possible
  • Have a clear understanding of Spidersnet’s capabilities and services and communicate all offerings to clients effectively
  • Liaise with the product and technical support to meet the needs of the client within company procedure

You will be confident, positive and friendly and have excellent face to face and telephone communications skills. Key responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and outstanding UX/UI and Communication designer to start working right away with the design team. You will work closely with the Head of UX/UI and Communication design. You must be someone with experience across the multifaceted aspects of design and a high level of English is essential!

As a UX/UI and Communication designer, you will:

  • Have advanced skills in Sketch (essential!), Adobe Creative Suite applications, prototyping tools like Invision as well basic notion of HTML and CSS.
  • Be passionate about the web products and services and be up to date on last trends with an extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Work on the creation of new web products (from logo design, creation of brand manuals, promotional artwork, wireframes creation, website mockups, interaction prototypes and creation of pattern library and style guides for developers).
  • Create gorgeous designs involving complex UX systems always focusing on the end user.
  • Have proven experience designing mobile apps
  • Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams.
  • Occasionally you will be involved in the visual creation of marketing campaigns and editorial design.
  • Work on several projects at a time.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • A degree in Visual Communication or Interactive Design.
  • Experience in motion graphics design as well as using video tools such as After effects and premier

We’re looking for the right person, not the right CV, so whilst a background in product might help, a good mix of the above characteristics and a drive to succeed are more important.
