Job Summary: Friday Media Group is seeking a sales assistant to support the internal sales team by ensuring all customer orders are processed and fulfilled correctly and to be a liaison between the sales and technical support teams.
- Manage the fulfillment of sales orders and media production orders.
- Maintain relationship with fulfillment and technical support teams.
- Audit and verify customer orders are set correctly.
- Participate in Quality Audits.
- Proficient use of company CRM and technical reporting software platforms.
- Proactively identify and communicate any issues to head office management.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, self-motivated, highly detail oriented and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- GED or High School Graduate.
- Must successfully pass company background check, drug examination, and on the job training period.
- $25,000 annually.
- 15 days paid vacation annually.

- Working Hours 9-5pm Mon-Thur / 9-4pm Fridays
