A period of growth

The beginning of the new millenium saw a new dawn for the group. The balance shifted from print to online business,  the publications were rationalised and the focus shifted firmly to online and on vertical markets.

2000

- We commissioned a new press and moved to Sayers Common

2002

The first overseas offices opened in Spain and a new Business Centre opened in Pembrokeshire

2004

- All change - the focus moves toward online & vertical markets

- The groups activities are streamlined, with the closure of the stores and the number of publications reduced

2005 - 2008

- A period of acquisition and online growth

- Horsemart purchased & grown with content from existing publications

- Boats and Outboards

- IRT Ltd which included 7 websites AJS being the jewel

- New sites developed in new niche markets including caravans, pets, dogs, kittens and birds

- The Simply Group of recruitment websites was acquired

- Trade It was bought for its website

- Boatshop24 and Boat Trader publications purchased

 

 

2010

- New sales office opened in Barcelona & Miami

- The first website goes live in the US

2011

- Digital marketing agency Leadspring started within the group

 2014

- We buy our own offices in Miami

- We split into Divisions and focus post recession on GROWTH
