We have an opportunity for a driven, creative and confident Marketing Manager with a passion for digital, to lead on marketing activities including the launch of our new product “Promoter”. You will be located in our fast-paced, vibrant office located on Brighton seafront. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years experience in digital marketing and knowledge of B2B is preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid previous marketing experience across a range of marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social, email and website activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Marketing Manager, you will be expected to support the Head of Digital Marketing and help teach and upskill the marketing team, while managing the marketing of your own dedicated brand.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL….

  • Have a passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to learn new tools and techniques 
  • Be strategic and process minded with a good ability to generate strong and sensible ideas that are data-led.
  • Be a generalist marketer with a good understanding of digital campaign planning using an omnichannel channel approach. 
  • Have experience planning and executing campaigns from start to finish. 
  • Have excellent copywriting skills.
  • Have the ability to create engaging and lead generating emails.
  • Be experienced mapping customer journeys and outlining where changes are needed to improve the online experience for customers and lead generation to support sales.
  • Understand the importance of AB testing and optimisation to ensure we are learning from marketing activity and sharing insights with the wider marketing team.
  • Have experience updating and creating websites and landing pages.
  • Be confident producing reports that show the success and insight of marketing activities. 
  • Have at least 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Be working closely with the Promoter sales team to achieve sales targets by providing high-quality leads.
  • Be willing and able to share knowledge with the wider marketing team to help upskill the marketing department. 
  • Have enthusiasm, drive and someone who loves ticking things off their to-do-list!
  • Have a minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with a Saas product preferred.

Salary up to £30k
