Reports to : HR Manager & Operations Manager

Summary of Role

Friday Media Group is an international business that runs a large number of market leading multiple listing (classified ad) websites, recruitment websites and ecommerce businesses.

Our Bangalore office is home to our tech team, which has seen a large growth over the past year. The HR & Resourcing specialist will be responsible for all day to day HR administration, along with managing recruitment , Culture and Learning and Development Bangalore Office. 

Our office in Bangalore is a team with local values and culture, that has been built upon the foundations of a UK business, with years of experience and a desire to connect the offices through a coherent approach to staff wellbeing and performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day to day HR administration
  • Resourcing top talent in the tech industry
  • Assisting with Employee Payroll
  • Managing the inductions and leaver process
  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies
  • Maintaining a positive culture
  • HR reporting
  • Main point of contact for all HR queries
  • Manage and resolve any employee relations issues
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a HR role
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Recruitment Experience (Social platforms like Campus Selection, LinkedIN, Naukri, etc…)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient

Desirable Experience/ knowledge

  • Tech recruitment experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Relevant HR qualifications 
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Previous experience working with an international business, preferably UK, with an understanding of cultural values and work approach
