About Us

As part of the Friday Media Group, Simply Jobs sells recruitment advertising to employers all over the globe on 14 niche Job Boards for specific industries such as Law, Sales, Automotive and Aviation.

We are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our small sales support team, providing assistance and support to our wider sales team.

What will I be doing?

-Creating and analysing data/reports to help track sales/marketing activities – To look into performing and underperforming stats and report back on and add suggestions

-Ticket management via ClickUp

-Make sure our CRM system, Hubspot, is working in line with business requirements and suggest ideas/improvements as and when necessary

-Quality control of sales leads

-Ad Hoc Administrative tasks

-Providing day to day support to the Sales team

Required Skills

-Organised/able to prioritise

-Good use/knowledge of Google Drive (including docs, sheets etc)

-Knowledge of Google Analytics (not essential, training will be provided)

-Computer literate

-Experience of working with technology and various different tools to help their previous or current role

-Good Communication skills with staff members at varying levels and external contacts/vendors
