Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our recruitment division.
Each one of our job boards serve a niche sector, that often requires staff with certain skill-sets in order for them to excel.

‍We are looking for talented sales professionals to join our team , working from the Preston area, this role is remote/hybrid, with some requirement to attend the Preston office and occasional travel to our Brighton office for team events.


We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has experience in website sales or comes from a strong sales background
  • Is money hungry and target driven
  • Willing to take feedback on how to develop your skills further
  • Wants to be part of a supportive and energetic team
  • Has a proven track record in over-achieving targets
  • Is confident in presenting to all levels of staff within a business, right up to director level
  • Must be happy to source their own business
  • Has a full driving licence and their own vehicle
  • Experience within the automotive industry is desired


  • Contacting perspective automotive prospects through a variety of methods to add into the Spidersnet client base
  • Attend client meetings both in-person and virtually to convert into a sale
  • Convert sales from leads that have been warmed up from our in-house marketing team
  • Consultative sales skills – we have a range of products for every automotive dealer needs so we need to ensure we are offering the right solution for customer success as well as ours
  • Achieve the revenue targets set on a monthly basis
