Here at Friday Media Group (home of Friday-Ad) we apply our forty plus years experience to deliver marketing solutions to a range of niche businesses increasing their online presence to drive new customer acquisition and sales. We use our award winning and market leading businesses to provide a solution to match whatever our clients business needs are. These include listings on our sites to drive more sales for vehicle dealers all the way through to pushing out a promotion for an equine insurance firm to our thousands of engaged subscribers. It can be quite a varied role with our markets!

We are looking for an ambitious, consultative and tenacious sales executive to join our growing team located in Brighton. Your day to day tasks would include acquiring new customers and retaining business for the relevant brands

You will be identifying, sourcing and securing both long term and short term business opportunities whilst maintaining a customer focused service. You will be responsible and achieve this by doing the following;

Location: Based out of our newly renovated office on Brighton Seafront, Hybrid working , 2-3 days in office per week.


  • Is a passionate character who strives for success
  • Has previous experience in a Business Development / Sales focused role
  • Is money hungry and target driven
  • Will focus on acquiring brand new business as well as manage an existing client base
  • Able to take feedback on how to develop your skills further
  • Wants to be part of a supportive and energetic team


  • Operating as a consultative salesperson to acquire new customers and offering the relevant solution to their need
  • Predominantly office based however some client visits maybe needed to build a great start to the relationship
  • Carry out campaigns against warm leads that have been generated from our in house marketing team - who doesn't like low hanging fruit!
  • Attend relevant industry shows to grow relationships
  • Achieve the revenue targets set on a monthly basis
  • Becoming knowledgeable in what is happening in the industry of your marketplace to identify new opportunities for the present and future
