Software Engineer - Symfony

As a Software Engineer, you will join the ranks of the talented teams at Friday Media Group, to enhance our existing web products and build exciting new products.

We are looking for a candidate with the below skill sets:

• JavaScript Frameworks (React JS, Next JS, Angular JS, Vue JS, Ant Design)
• Node JS Frameworks (Express, Strapi JS & Core Node JS)
• PHP & Frameworks (Opencart, Laravel, Codeigniter, Symfony)
• Script: JavaScript (Ecma Script) & Object Oriented JS, Jquery
• Web Design: Html & CSS
• Event Driven: Socket IO
• Tools: NPM JS, Eslint Webpack, Prettier, GitLenz
• Databases (MongodB, MySql)
• Search Engine: Elastic Search

Other skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or in other progressive roles
• Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• A technical expert with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions

2. Interfacing with Senior developers, Team Lead, Product Development, Project Management, Business Analysis and the Internal Development teams in UK
