Job Description

We are searching for a Business Development Executive to join our Recruitment Division of Friday Media Group, in Brighton. The successful candidate will promote our job boards to businesses both nationally and internationally.

Our Recruitment division supports businesses in the Aviation, Automotive and Legal industries with accelerating their hiring process through online job advertising. This role is a fast-paced environment requiring you to be agile, forward thinking, and a keen problem solver. With a willingness to book your own Virtual Consultations and occasional travel to visit events across the globe to promote our brands.

Skills

What we think you'll need for this role:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a good phone manner, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 Years Sales experience in a B2B/B2C Environment
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Ability to self source leads and manage pipelines
  • Familiar with CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Reliable and self motivated
  • Ability to work to Daily KPI's
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Products
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Even better if you have:

  • Previous Recruitment/job board experience
  • Experience of the Aviation industry
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Responsibilites

What your day to day might look like:

  • Approach Aviation businesses on a global scale through varied methods to promote our Aviation job board
  • Host virtual client meetings to showcase our platform
  • Log all activity within the CRM
  • Manage pipeline to achieve sales target every month
  • Take a consultative approach to selling
  • Account manage clients and spot opportunities for upselling & renewals
