Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our B2B marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads in the B2B sector.

Skills

Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
      Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
       Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Management:
       Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
       Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Content Creation:
       Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.
       Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Lead Generation:
       Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
       Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools.
Partnerships and Networking:
       Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
       Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
       Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
       Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Budget Management:
       Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
Team Collaboration:
       Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by updating and scheduling emails within the Hubspot CRM.
  • Maintain our recruiters social media account and schedule regular posts on this. 
  • Manage internal email lists to support ongoing email marketing campaigns.
  • Track marketing campaigns effectively and report on these. 
  • Compile and distribute regular B2B reports on traffic/ conversion to the recruiter site.
  • Manage company CRM ensuring all data is correct and up to date. 
  • Manage external platforms for lead generation and regularly update the CRM system with data and new leads.
  • Keep up to date with new registrations and inputting these into the company incoming tracker for sales to work on. 
  • Work with sales to ensure these leads are effectively converted into opportunities.
  • Regular industry/ market research to keep up to date on trends in the industry.
