Job Description

As part of the Friday Media Group, Simply Jobs sells recruitment advertising to employers all over the globe on 14 niche Job Boards for specific industries such as Law, Sales, Automotive and Aviation. We are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our small sales support team, providing assistance and support to our wider sales team.

What will I be doing?

-Make sure our CRM system, Hubspot, is working in line with business requirements

-Quality control of sales leads- Administrative tasks to support the sales reps

- Providing day to day support to the Sales team

- Account Management and retention tasks to ensure customer satisfaction

- Analyzing data/reports to help track sales/marketing activities- To look into performing and underperforming stats and report back on and add suggestions

We are looking for:

-Organized/able to prioritize

-Good use/knowledge of Google Drive (including docs, sheets etc.)

-Knowledge of Google Analytics (not essential, training will be provided)

-Computer literate

-Experience of working with technology and various different tools to help their previous or current role

-Good Communication skills with staff members at varying levels and external contacts/vendors

-Friendly/motivated/passionate

- Strong customer service skills

Responsibilites

1. Work with our Product team, to learn and understand how our platform works and advise on best practices when it comes to Posting Jobs and CV Database Searching

2. Become an expert on Front-End and Back-end functionality

3. Perform any tasks related to reporting. Which could be reporting on a clients account, or using GA4 to see website performance.

4. Be a go between for Kate (Product), Jess (Marketing) and Joe (Sales) to perform tasks requested.

5. Bi-weekly assessments of all long-term client accounts. Feeding back to the Sales Team about usage and suggestions for improvement.

6. Competent with Excel/Google sheets

7. Manage daily spreadsheets and Dashboards

8. Reporting on job/course content levels on site and maintaining stable levels of content through the management of feeds and trials
