Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Spidersnet team, focused exclusively on Autopromotor, our SaaS dealer management system for the automotive industry.

You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to own the user experience from initial concepts through to final implementation. From small iterative improvements to large-scale feature design, everything will funnel through you. You'll play a critical role in how our users interact with a complex system used daily by automotive dealers.

This is a fast-paced role with a busy backlog, where prioritisation, collaboration, and attention to detail are key. You'll be responsible for delivering seamless, user-focused designs across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Who You Are

  • A strong individual contributor, able to handle multiple priorities and take ownership of your work.

  • Confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfortable pushing back and challenging decisions in the interest of improving the product.

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for quality and consistency.

  • Comfortable working in an agile SaaS environment, iterating fast and delivering frequently.

  • Spidersnet is headquartered in the UK, so strong English language speaking and listening skills are essential for daily communication with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Skills

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within a SaaS or complex product environment.
  • Expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
  • A strong UX portfolio demonstrating system design thinking and interaction design across web and mobile.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centred design principles.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and following features through to implementation.
  • Exposure to user research and using data to support design decisions.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilites

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design of product features across multiple platforms.

  • Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, efficient user journeys, flows, and interfaces.

  • Collaborate with product managers, providing thoughtful, constructive input to influence direction.

  • Work closely with developers, offering clear specifications, guidance, and hands-on support throughout the build process.

  • Manage a continuous stream of design tasks – from minor UI adjustments to complex feature builds.

  • Maintain and expand our Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Ensure all designs are responsive and accessible, optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.

  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and research insights to inform design decisions and drive improvements.

  • Contribute to or lead on UX research and usability testing to validate and improve design effectiveness.

Extras & Perks

  • Voluntary EPF option for employees
  • More in hand salary and minimal standard deductions like PF,PT and Income tax if application
  • Amazon Gift Vouchers for serving for more than 3 years and so on
  • Rewards and Recognition
  • Company Sponsored Medical Insurance for Self and Spouse/Partner with maximum 2 kids
  • Birthday paid Leave and 12 bank holidays along with Casual and Earned Leaves every year
  • Gratuity benefits for serving more than 5 years
